Maybe I don't have enough kids, but how can you, as a parent, forget to bring your kids inside the house after going to the store?
I understand that the Kearns (UT) woman who did this -- left her 18-month old son in the car after bringing in the groceries, from which he died -- was stressed out or busy or something, but how can you forget your children?
Again, I only have two, and I'm sure this mother is feeling tragically horrible, but things like this scare me. I always worry, perhaps too much, about safety and stuff.
Anyway, I can't stop thinking about this. Have any of you forgotten your children somewhere and is it common? Am I just lucky that, so far, with two boys age three and younger, we've had nothing worse than a hand that touched a hot stove?
