Yes, Tom Cruise is Gay.

You've likely heard about the massive attacks (cool band in singular) from gays on the church (and other Christian churches) over Prop 8. They've been randomly shooting out windows of buildings in SLC, they went into a church during a service and started making out and throwing pink confetti (kinda cheesy)... and there's something big planned for tomorrow, so with G away in CA we're not going to church, just in case. They have the list of all those who donated to the cause. And heck, UT Valley is full of those evil Mormons, so something could happen (although not in Tongan or Samoan wards where they'd get pummelled).

They're going crazy and making themselves look like big babies -- resort to violence and intimidation when the vote doesn't go your way. I have a few gay friends on Facebook or Myspace, etc, and I hope they're not part of this mayhem. Some live in CA.
There are PLENTY of wealthy gays in CA and elsewhere who could have, or did, donate to their side of the cause. But the people in LIBERAL California still made their voice heard.

I wonder what cousin Jack in Vegas thinks of all this? Or "Big Red" Teddy?

Peaceful protest is one thing. But this isn't very peaceful.

Interesting, though, they won't attack blacks, who voted 75% in favor of Prop 8. Nor mosques, and we know they are very strict about this sort of thing.

Heck, I accept that Obama is our new President even if I didn't believe in him. And I still love my friends/family who voted for him!

After All that Sewing, I Gotta Show Someone!

Okay, guess what Joseph wanted to be for Halloween (since like May) -- an Uglydoll, of course! He wanted to be yellow Tray. He also informed me that Jakey need to be a blue Deer Ugly.

I was so scared, not having a lot of sewing experience. And how do you get a pattern for an Uglydoll costume? You can't.

I'm just relieved that I was able to do it, to make something Joseph really liked.

And then Jakey was being a krabby patty and we barely got the costume on for a picture, then he went night-night!
